Periodontal Externships for Dental Students

These programs are ideal for students considering a career in periodontics.

Periodontal externships are available to dental students at institutions throughout the United States. These externships vary in length from two weeks to several months and many cost little or nothing to the student. Their purpose is to expose dental students to advanced study in periodontics as well as postdoctoral students and faculty.
